The design and implementation of the website is always done according to the needs of the orderer, so you can influence what your order consists of. As a service provider, we can advise and suggest some good alternatives for implementation.

The first step in a website project is to know your own needs. Before contacting us, we recommend that you think about, for example, e.g. what you want from your website and from us. You are the best assessor of the needs, but you do not have to be a technical expert, as we will provide options and recommendations if necessary.

The second step is to contact us, on the basis of which we will either start working directly or, if you are not sure about something, we will start to specify your needs. If necessary, we will do an initial survey with you, on the basis of which we will recommend one of our pre-priced packages or make a separate offer. If you choose to implement the website on the basis of pre-priced options, we will confirm the order after your order. If you make a separate request for a quote, we will make an offer, after which we will confirm the order.

After confirming the assignment, we will start to design the layout and structure in more detail, we can design the site with you to the extent you want. Depending on the content of the assignment, we may also participate in the production of the content.

After the design phase, we move on to the implementation phase, where we build your site by coding it. We will build the website only after the design phase, your website will be formed on the basis of the more detailed plans we have agreed upon and the model site we have made.

Communication during the project is easy, for example, by phone or e-mail, so we are easily available throughout the production of the website, regardless of where your location is located.

You can place an order based on a ready-made package with the order form, alternatively you can take care of things by e-mail or phone. If you wish, we can arrange an appointment via video link.

When you place an order through our website, we will review the order and contact you if anything needs further clarification. If necessary, you can write in the additional information the things you need further clarification, we will reply by e-mail and tell you about the possibilities and options related to it. If there are no further matters to be clarified in the order, we will confirm receipt of the order and ask you to confirm your order, the confirmation will always be made in writing. Only after confirmation the order is binding.

Request for quotation

You can request a quote for the website using the quote request form, alternatively you can handle things via email or phone. If you wish, we can arrange an appointment via video link.

If you make a separate request for a quote through our website, we will go through it and make you an offer based on it. If you need to clarify anything, we will contact you. For example, you can write down to additional information the issues that need to be clarified, we will reply by e-mail, where we will tell you about the possibilities and options. After submitting the offer, if you accept it, please let us know. When you announce the acceptance of an offer, we will confirm the order and ask you to confirm it as well, the confirmation will always be made in writing. Only after confirmation the order is binding.

• Whether it is intended to make a small or extensive website and with pages of any number or any kind, in any case the website will be implemented from start to finish with care and according to your needs.

• All sites are always designed and implemented "from scratch", we do not use ready-made page templates unless specifically requested.

• In order for us to get started, you must undertake to provide the content and information we need on the website within the agreed or otherwise reasonable time, including e.g. logo, ready-to-use images, ready-to-use texts and answers to background questions during the design and construction phase. As an additional service, we can participate in the production of content.

• At different stages of the project, we need feedback on different topics, please respond within a reasonable time so that we can proceed as planned and stay on schedule.

• One of the most influential factors in the speed of completion of pages is the client's activity, e.g. providing feedback and providing materials.

• In order to access the site online, the domain and web hosting / server space must be reserved. You can arrange the above reservations yourself, but if you wish and by separate agreement, we can reserve you a domain name and a suitable web host.

• In order for us to put the site online, you must provide us with temporary access to the site's C-panel / control panel. If you want, you can also yourself put the site online through the control panel.

Website design

During the design phase of the website, the layout, structure and functionality will be designed to suit your needs on the basis of what is agreed in the offer.

First, we familiarize ourselves with your plans and consider them as a starting point for further planning and development. Alternatively, if you don’t have ready-made or precise plans and if you want, we can start thinking together about layout options. Or, if you prefer, we can handle the design completely independently. You can leave all or part of the design to us, we will show you, to the extent you want, alternative design bases and trends that you accept before we move on.

We first design the look and structure of the site, and based on that design, we start building the actual site. The design of look and structure of the website is concretely implemented by making the prototype version of the website that is a simplified and sketch version of your future website. In the design phase, we build a draft version of the site with software that allows you to view the draft directly at the web address we provide.

During the design phase, we agree on things like font, colours, image sizes, and layouts, among other things. The more precisely and the earlier it is possible to determine the space required for text and images and their locations on the pages, the better it is in terms of the end result. We therefore strongly recommend that if the content has not yet been produced at the design stage, then at least the future amount should be known. And at the design stage at the latest should start producing content. Content production can take a surprising amount of time, so it’s a good idea to start on time.

Thanks to our way of working, the end result of the project, i.e. the website, will be tailored to your company.

Website implementation

After planning, we start building the site. We create websites by coding them in HTML based on our design. If necessary, we also use other coding languages in the implementation, but HTML is still the basis.

Construction involves defining the look and functions of a site using code, including the font model and size, colours, image sizes, locations, site elements, effects, and advanced features.

We implement the websites as responsive by default, consequently the pages work smoothly when browsing on a computer, tablet and smartphone.

During the construction phase, we will add the ready-made content you generate to the site. In other words, all material coming to the site must be available at the beginning of the construction phase at the latest. For example, the text must be copyable from old pages or it must be submitted to us as a separate text file (e.g. .rtf or .docx or .txt file) and the images must be in the appropriate size and file format for the website (e.g. .jpg or .png format and in a suitable small file size e.g. 50-200 kB). Adding ready-made content to your site during the construction phase is automatically included in the price. By separate agreement, we may agree on another type of arrangement in terms of content.

As an additional service, if separately agreed, we can, for example, change the images on your behalf to a suitable format and size for the website or participate in the creation of textual content. Our price does not include content production or additional services without a separate agreement, these and other similar additional work will increase the price and will always be agreed separately if necessary. Nothing that you have not ordered separately will never be billed.

If you wish, you can add the contents of the pages yourself, such as text and images. However, in principle, we recommend that at this point you leave the content to us. When there’s a lot of content to add at once and in multiple places, it’s just simply easier for us to do it than for you.

Updating of the website content

If you need to update the content of the site (edit, add, delete or change text and images) at a later stage, you can do it yourself or order an update.

Once the site is complete, you can order updates on its content from us. By separate agreement, you can order updates from us as needed, either occasionally or regularly. The cost of updating the site we have made is 15-20 € / hour, and if there is no really large entity to update, one hour is probably enough time to work. Additional services are agreed separately.

If necessary, you can add and edit content yourself. The content of the site can be updated using, for example, Notepad software and C-Panel. If necessary, we will advise you more about alternative upgrade methods. The price includes guidance on how to make updates and its basics.

The site is coded and later the content can be updated via the code. To update the content, if necessary, written instructions can be added to the predefined sections of the code to make it easier for the updates.

If the site needs a major update, such as changes in layout or design, the updates will be successful from other players in the industry, but of course we will also be happy to update your site in any way. By separate agreement and as needed, all updates related to the site can be ordered from us.

Coded website

As mentioned above, we implement web pages by coding from start to finish, we do not use ready-made content management systems or page templates. Here are a few things, for example, on the basis of which we believe we can provide the best overall result with a coded website, and so our implementation would be the best option for you too.
Inexpensive and no monthly fees
First, we can highlight the affordability. The website itself does not require monthly fees and once you have paid the bill, you will own your site in full. At its simplest and by default, the third-party domain + web hosting package is paid for once a year, this package is about 80 € / year. The price includes plenty of disk space and traffic, as well as the possibility of several e-mail accounts. We estimate that the features included in this price are sufficient for most micro and small businesses.

Widely customizable
One of the advantages of this implementation is that the site is almost fully customizable from start to finish, for example, the layout, details and functions are almost completely customizable. The design is not limited by a pre-made page template to which the content should conform. Our way is that the content comes the first and the page template adapts to the needs, as we always create a unique and needs-based page template.

No surprise costs for add-ons
Generally, a coded site will not incur any additional costs or other subsequent charges. In some cases, however, it is worthwhile or necessary to order an add-on from a third party, for example when there is a need for an online store or reservation system.
Light and fast
An encoded site is lightweight, meaning it loads and runs quickly and doesn’t take up much disk space. Speed and disk space are affected by the content of the pages, but in principle the site does not require loading time. Speed is important, because if a webpage opens and runs slowly, it's likely that the visitor won't wait for the content to finish loading or won't be able to browse the pages due to waiting to load, but will leave the site. Fast page exits and long load times can also affect search engine visibility.

Easy to maintain
The coded site is easy to maintain as it does not require system updates or virtually any other regular action. That is, if no changes need to be made to the content of the site, the site will manage on its own. This allows you to focus on productive work yourself and not have to pay anyone just for maintenance. When you want to update the content of the site, you can do it yourself or, for example, order an update of the content of the site from us. The website publishing system is built into the C-Panel / Control Panel. You can edit a web page in C-Panel using its internal system, your computer's Notepad software or a separate HTML editor. When you edit content with Notepad or the HTML editor, a backup of the page is automatically left on your computer, and you don't have to make separate backups.

Standard features and services

These features and services are automatically part of the order and do not incur any additional charges if they are implemented in accordance with our standard operating procedures, please read exceptions in some cases. You can decide for yourself whether all or part of these activities and installations are needed, we will act according to your needs. In addition to these, we can offer many other features and services to the website that can be ordered separately, more about these can be found in the following sections.
Adding content to site during construction
During the construction phase, we will add the finished content you produce to the site, provided that the material coming to the site is ready and checked. For example, the text must be copyable from old pages or the text must be submitted as a separate text file and the images must be suitable for the website in size and format.

Responsive implementation
We implement websites in such a way that they are responsive. By doing so, your site can be accessed on computers, tablets and smartphones with smooth browsing experience. Responsiveness means that the content adapts to the screen resolution of the device. As a standard feature, we implement responsiveness according to one layout plan. When separately agreed, it is also possible to design and implement a completely different layout, also for specific devices.

Basic Search Engine Optimization
The Search Engine Optimization we offer is the so-called technical optimization that considers the structure and internal linking of the site, minimizing the number of redirects and error pages, and the speed and mobile friendliness of the site. In addition to technical optimization, we also add Site Description to pages, if we receive 100-160 characters of page descriptive text per page during the construction process. The part of search engine optimization that you can do yourself is content optimization, such as including keywords in your text. If you wish, we will advise you more on how you can influence the findability of the site yourself. By additional order, we can edit the text content for you to improve website discoverability.

Separate sitemap
If necessary, we will create an XML Sitemap of the website for search engines. A Sitemap is a file that provides information about the pages on your website and the relationships between them. If your site is relatively small and the pages are linked correctly, search engines will easily find the content of your website without a sitemap. However, a Sitemap can improve the indexing of larger or more complex sites or more specialized files.
SSL certificate
When you order web hosting through us and our standard operator, we will install a free SSL certificate for your site (https: //). When ordering through other web hosting operator, SSL certificate may be free or it may cost, if it is relatively easy to set, we will take care of its installation for free. In more complex cases, we charge a fee for the installation. Using an SSL certificate and https connection on your business website is important for security, trust and search engine optimization. A secure connection improves the security of site users and provides a reliable view of the site. When the SSL certificate is properly installed on the site, a lock mark appears in the address bar on the left. In addition, search engines favour https sites in their results.

Favicon
Favicon (short for favorites icon) A square icon used as a visual identifier on web pages to identify your site to visitors' browsers. Favicon appears on your computer, tablet and smartphone, among other things, on the left side of the tab and in bookmarks next to the page name. If a favicon is placed on the website, the icon must be submitted to us before the construction phase.

Guidance on making updates to the finished site content
If you wish, we will guide you step by step on how to make content updates, for example, using the Notepad software and the C-panel. The tutorial will be conducted primarily in an online meeting and will have an estimated duration of 0.5 to 1.5 hours.

Aftercare for a month
And to ensure that the site is pleasing and polished, we will provide a reasonable number of small updates to the look and content of the site for a period of one month after completion of the site, if necessary. So if you want us to add text or images to an existing page or edit them, or do some other little fine adjustment, just contact us and let us know what we should do so we'll take care of it. We also offer full technical support for one month after the completion of the site at no extra charge. We provide free advisory technical support for the entire lifecycle of a website. And of course, even after the one month mentioned above, we’re available for technical support and updates.

Additional features

Certain actions and implementations are available on the site as an additional feature, not all of our customers need them, so they are not standard features. We will not take these actions and implementations unless ordered separately. When ordering additional features, please provide as much detail as possible about what is needed, remember that we help and advice if necessary. Additional features may increase the cost of implementation and use of the website. You can decide if there is a need for these actions and installations, we will act according to your needs. This listing does not mean that we do not offer other additional features, if you need, for example, some other feature related to the website, please ask about the implementation of that separately.
Language version
By default, one site template is designed first, which is used in all languages. We build a site in two or more languages, based on the design we do, to which we add the content. You do not need to specify the number of pages in the language version if it is the same as the default language. All content and desired features will be available in all language versions.

Contact form
Standard contact form includes ‘Name’, ‘Email’, ‘Phone Number’ and ‘Message’ by default. If you need other text input sections, radio buttons or checkmark options, they can be added, in this case it is a Custom contact form. For example, it is possible to create an order or booking form.

Chat
We order this additional feature from a third party. The feature is free to use up to a certain limit, if, for example, a certain number of uses is exceeded, then it is necessary to order a paid version. You can reply to a chat on your computer, smartphone, and tablet.

Image gallery
A separate image gallery is a feature specifically designed and implemented to display multiple images. An image gallery is considered to be a set of several images, for example, where the images open larger. Basic images coming to the site, for which it is not necessary to build a large separate section or page, are not counted as an image gallery. If you have any wishes regarding the implementation or functionality of the image gallery, please let us know.

Social media feed
For this, we use a ready-made third-party application. There are many applications and service providers. Depending on your choice and needs, use of the application is either free or paid.

Social media buttons
Buttons in this context mean, for example, “follow” or “share” buttons. These buttons can be used for social media pages, images and videos. In this context, the button does not mean the usual linking to social media pages via icons or text.
Comments section
The section can be implemented with a third-party ready-made application. There are several service providers and they have differences in the content and use of the services. Depending on the needs and choice, the use is either free or paid.

Installing Google Analytics on the site
We will create the user ID to make a Google Analytics account for you. We will add code to the pages of your website so you will have information about the use of the site. You can analyse the data collected from the pages through a separate control panel. If needed, it is possible to install also other types of website analysis tools.

Creating a website-specific email
If you book web hosting through us from our standard operator, it is possible for you to set up one or more e-mail accounts, with the same ending as your website, e.g. yourname@domainname.com. There can be 1-5 email accounts without incurring additional usage costs with our standard operator, other web hosts may have different terms regarding email accounts. You can create an email address yourself or order it from us. If you do not already have free or paid e-mail software, you should do so, we will help you arrange it if necessary.

Buy button / ecommerce feature
It is possible to add individual ‘Buy' buttons to the website or an e-commerce section can be built under the site, allowing the e-commerce to take place without the actual external e-commerce site. The online store can also be made to its own web address, in which case it can be linked to a website. If needed, we can do just an online store. The e-commerce feature is ordered from a third party and always involves costs, e.g. the e-commerce platform costs, and the platform and the payment intermediary charge a commission of sales. The costs and commissions of the platform and the payment intermediary depend on the choices involved.

Installing a reservation system on the site
You can order the booking system either independently or with our assistance from a third party. If you take care of everything yourself and order a booking system that works as an external system, and the system you want does not require on the website side more than linking, and if you provide us all the information needed to link, we do not charge the linking an external system to the site. You can familiarize yourself with the available systems independently in advance, and even order a service that suits our implementation methods.

Additional services

We also offer additional services that are more or less related to the website. These services can be selected as an additional service and can be ordered separately, for example in connection with websites. We will not provide these services unless ordered separately. When ordering additional services, please provide as comprehensive information as possible, such as what, how much, what kind is needed. Remember that we will help and advice if necessary. Additional services increase the total cost, so you can decide whether you need these services, we will act according to your needs. Our listing does not mean that we will not provide other additional services in connection with the website. Domain registration and web hosting reservation

We will register a domain for you and reserve space on your website from the server, here we use third-party services from our standard operator. Domain and web hosting are subject to a fee, we do not pay for third party services, but we will book the services for you, so you will definitely get a suitable package. We handle everything ready for payment, so you only need to pay your domain and server space directly to a third party. There are many types of web hotels, but a domain and a web host from our standard operator most likely will cost 80 € / year, as this price package includes features that are sufficient for almost every need. Prices from other operators are likely to be higher. If you already have a domain, it can be transferred when booking a web host. If you require another national domain such as .de .fr .se, instead of .fi, we may not be able to order it from our standard operator.

Images size and format processing, to make them suitable for website
from 20 €
This procedure involves modifying the images to fit the website. The images on the website should be as small as possible concerning the file size, but not too small so that their quality is not compromised. The pixel size of the image may be larger than necessary, but the pixel size together with the image quality affects the file size, which should be kept between 50 and 200 kB. The image file should be in .jpg or .png format, for example. We know the pixel sizes of the images in the design phase, because in the design phase the pixel sizes and locations of the images are defined, the pixel size of the images varies e.g. according to the layout. During the coding phase, we will add the finished content you produce to the site, all the material that comes to the site, such as images, must be ready at the beginning of the construction phase. You can process images with image editing software, if you do not have image editing software, you can download one from the many options on the internet. If you do not want to download software, for example, the website photopea.com has free-to-use image editing software that allows you to process images. If you do not want to process the images yourself, we can handle the images to the ideal size for you, the price is determined by the number of images, e.g. up to 15 images or up to 50 images, we give a fixed price.

Searching for images in image banks
from 20 €
If you do not have images on your site or need additional images, you can search for images in the many image banks on the Internet. If you want us to look for pictures for you, order this additional service and we will take care of it. We can search for as many images as you like related to your subject. Images can be enabled by purchasing a license, but there is also a wide range of high-quality, royalty-free images available. Any license fees are not included in our price. The cost of our service is determined by e.g. depending on the number of images to search, e.g. 15-20 images.

Proofreading, checking and correcting grammar and spelling
from 10 €
If you wish, we will review the text you have produced. The review involves checking the text you produce first on a software basis, after which we read through the text and correct any grammatical and typographical errors. In addition, if we find a better alternative to a word or sentence structure, we will change it. After corrections or changes, you can go through the text if you wish, in this case we offer one round of changes to the text, for which we do not charge additional costs. If, despite our careful examination, an error remains in the text, it will be corrected at any time at no extra cost. The cost of the inspection depends on the scope of the text, the price can be determined e.g. word for word, e.g. about 500 words, you can estimate the cost by counting 0.05 € per word. We consider Finnish and English to be the default languages. The condition for dealing with the English text is that the subject is not too specialized. If the English text requires special knowledge or if you have a text in another language for inspection, then we will use an external inspector who will charge a fee according to their own rate.

Content Search Engine Optimization
from 10 €
Standard features include ‘Basic Search Engine Optimization’, or technical optimization, but if you want us to go through the text as well, it’s also possible. Content Search Engine Optimization means that we go through the text and add keywords and phrases to the text, review the word choices you have already chosen, and possibly change the form of the words and phrases. Search engine optimization does not mean listing keywords but embedding them in textual content. Keywords and phrases help search engines pick up a page in search results. Search engine optimization doesn't work wonders either, so your page won't suddenly jump to the top of the search results after this. This additional service includes proofreading and grammar and spelling checking and correction, at first this includes that we check on a software basis the text you produce, after which we read through the text and correct any spelling and grammar errors. After the search engine optimization of the content, you can read through the text if you wish, and if you want changes, we will offer one round of changes to the text at no extra cost. However, if, after careful work, an error remains in the text, we will correct it at any time at no additional cost. The cost of content search engine optimization depends on the amount of text, the cost can be determined e.g. word by word, e.g. about 500 words, you can estimate the cost by counting 0.07 € per word. We consider Finnish and English to be the default languages. The condition for dealing with the English text is that the subject is not too specialized. If the English text requires special knowledge or it is in a language other than English or Finnish, then we will use an external service, the fee for which will be determined by the service provider in question.

Production of text content based on a raw version or sketching

If you want, we can produce textual content for your website from almost blank. In order to produce textual content, we need some basic material, such as an unpolished raw version of the text or existing obsolete text, at least it would be necessary to have some kind of sketch text or a sufficiently precise list of topics and refinements. Generating text automatically includes using the correct grammar and taking care of spelling, as well as Search Engine Optimization of the content. We review the text we produce on a software basis throughout the writing phase, and finally we re-read the finished text for possible errors. When producing text, we use key phrases and words in the text and think about the most appropriate word options. Once we have completed the text, you will be able to read through the text, and if changes to the text are necessary, you will receive one round of changes to the text at no extra cost. However, if an error remains in the text after all careful checking, we will correct it at any time at no extra cost. The cost of producing text content depends on the amount of text, the price for this service can be determined e.g. word for word, e.g. about 500 words, you can estimate the cost by counting 0.15 € per word. We consider Finnish and English to be the default languages. The condition for producing an English text is that the subject is not too specialized. If the English text to be produced requires specialist knowledge of a field or the text should be produced in another language, then we will use a third-party service, the cost of which will be determined by that service provider.
Extensive image processing or making or customizing graphic elements
from 20 €
If you need image processing, other than image resizing to a suitable format for your website, then this additional service is right for you. This service includes photo processing to the extent you want, such as enhancing colours or otherwise editing colours, changing brightness, changing the background of an object, editing details, extensive image manipulations, and expanding the image area. This additional service also includes work on the graphic side, e.g. if you want a completely new icon to be made for your website according to your instructions, or if you want an existing icon to be more or less customized just for your business, then this is the right extra service for you. We may use some pre-designed graphic icons on the site, which we will modify to some extent at no extra cost, e.g. to suit the colour scheme of the site, so you don’t need an extra service for that. The service includes image processing in a size and format suitable for the website. The price is determined e.g. depending on the complexity of the job and the number of images or icons.

Translation service, translations
from 10 €
Translation is possible from English to Finnish and vice versa. For translations we can offer a native Finnish speaking person. In a question about English skills, we can provide proficient and fluent skills, based on the proficiency levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), we offer proficiency level C - Proficient language user. Translation automatically involves using the correct grammar and taking care of spelling. We review the text we translate on a software basis throughout the writing process, and finally we re-read the finished text for possible errors. Once we have completed the text, you will be able to read through the text, and if changes to the text are necessary, you will receive one round of changes to the text at no extra cost. However, if an error remains in the text after all careful checking, we will correct it at any time at no extra cost. In connection with the translation, we take care of the suitability of the vocabulary for the Finnish or English-speaking environment. Things to consider include the indication of the date and time, the manner in which the currency is indicated, the appropriate words, the correct use of names and titles, the presentation of telephone numbers, addresses and postal codes, units of measurement and the suitability of pictorial symbols. The price of the Finnish-English-Finnish translation service is determined by e.g. depending on the amount of text, the price for this service can be determined e.g. word by word e.g. about 500 words, you can estimate the cost by counting 0.10 € per word. If the text to be translated requires special knowledge in a field or the text should be translated into a language other than those mentioned, then we will use an external translator, in which case the price will be determined according to the price list of the selected service provider.

Regular updating of the site

You can notify us at this point or contact us only when the update is topical. Regular updating in this context means, for example, updating once a month in the long term. We will charge for the update once it has been completed. If there isn’t a really large or complex entity to update, one hour is probably enough time to work.

Occasional updating of the site

If you would like us to update the content of the website, which we have created, on your behalf or to occasionally modify the look of the website after it is completed, we can handle this. If you know that there will be a need for this in the future, you can let us know at this stage or only if the need arises. Occasional updating in this context means updating less than once a month. We will not charge for the update until it is complete. Unless the entity being updated is really complicated or extensive, one hour is likely to be enough to complete the job.

If you want us to design the materials for your advertising campaign, we can do that, we can also take care of the implementation of the advertising campaign for you. If you know what you want to present and on which platforms, we’ll get you straight to the action. If you want an ad campaign, but are a little lost on things, talk about it and we'll start going through the options together. The cost depends on what is designed and how extensive action you want us to take. Also, you will be charged of your ads by the ad platform, for that you need to determine the ad budget of your company, the ad budget is not included on our design or implementation price.
